Good friends are not obliged to see each other very often. This general experience also pertains our circles of friends. Some groups will move together closer and meet often, others perhaps will meet two times a year. Both ways are ok.

Of course, friends optional also can communicate by internet. 

The basic organisation of circles is easy. There are no legal requirements. Nobody gets obligated to do something. Everything happens everytime out of free decision.

For the first meeting we recommend to offer empty forms for each participient. In this way you have an agenda, intensive discussions and perhaps first results.
